Diecast Market

Rules

Listings

  1. R1 Diecast cars only

List only diecast model cars. Other toys, parts, accessories and services are not allowed.

  2. R2 One car per listing

Each listing is one car. List the cars of a lot one by one, so every price compares with others.

  3. R3 Your own item, accurately described

List only a car you have in hand. Its fields, condition and photos must show that exact car, in photos you took yourself.

  4. R4 No counterfeits or illegal items

No counterfeits, no replicas or customs sold as originals, and nothing that is illegal to sell in the European Union.

  5. R5 No offensive content

No offensive, hateful or sexual text or images in listings.

Conduct

  1. R6 No harassment or hate

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, threats or hate speech in messages.

  2. R7 No scams

No scams or phishing, and no asking for payment outside the site.

  3. R8 No spam

No spam, no advertising for other sites, and no repeated identical listings or messages.

When a rule is broken

A moderator can hide a listing, or suspend an account. A hidden listing leaves search and its page, and its owner can no longer change it. A suspended account's listings leave the site, and it cannot create listings, start conversations or send messages. Each decision names the rule it follows and explains why, and is emailed to the person it affects. People decide; no automated means are used.

How to report

Signed in, use "Report" on a listing or in a conversation. Anyone, member or not, can report a listing they believe is illegal through the notice form. You get a receipt by email, and later the outcome. When a conversation is reported, moderators read it to decide.

Asking for a review

If you think a decision about your listing, your account or your report is wrong, write to us at the address below, saying which decision and why. A different look is taken and you get an answer by email. You can also take the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body or to court.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on your account page. Your sign-in, email address, profile, listings with their photos, blocks, and reports by or about you are deleted at once. Conversations stay for the other person, with your messages under "Deleted user", and moderation decisions stay without your name. If the account was suspended, its email address is kept only as a keyed one-way hash, used for nothing but refusing a new account with that address.
